My Naira deposit was flagged. What should I do?

All deposits to your BuyCoins Naira Account should be from a bank account or debit card that belongs to you AND is one of your verified "Withdrawal Bank Accounts" on BuyCoins.

In the event that your deposit gets flagged, click on the "Add New Bank Account" button in the Flagged Deposit email sent to you.

Clicking on this link should redirect you to the "Bank Account & Cards" page on BuyCoins. Click on "Add A Bank Account", input the bank account details of the sending bank account and click on "Save". Doing this should unflag your deposit and the funds would be credited to your Naira Account.

If you add the sending bank account and your Naira Account isn't credited. Please send an email to us at [email protected]

What If I do not own the sending bank account?

If you do not own the sending/ originating bank account. The sender would need to contact [email protected] with the following information.

  • Bank Statement stamped and signed by their bank.
  • Valid government issued ID card [Driver's License, Voter's Card, National ID, Passport]
  • Picture of sender holding ID card and a paper with BuyCoins and today's date written on it.
